FAQ · public-process research

Clear PikoBuy process answers before you place an order.

These answers distinguish published platform steps from assumptions that a buyer should not make.

Is this the official PikoBuy website?

No. This is an independent research site. It does not take payments, place orders, handle returns or arrange shipping. The Database button goes to FindSpreadsheet, the main product-research site.

How can an order begin according to PikoBuy’s public site?

PikoBuy says users can search its catalogue, submit a product link, send an image or make a sourcing request. Before using any route, keep a copy of the exact item link and selected option so the purchase request can be checked against your intention.

Are product prices and stock guaranteed when I see a listing?

No. PikoBuy’s beginner guide says prices are subject to the actual purchase and that an out-of-stock order will be refunded. Treat a displayed price as a current listing reference, not as a fixed final total.

What happens when an item arrives at the warehouse?

PikoBuy describes check-in, photo confirmation and defect checking at the warehouse. Its homepage also states that items are inspected and repacked. This provides useful visible evidence, but it is not a guarantee of authenticity, long-term durability, import legality or personal satisfaction.

Can I ask for specific inspection photos?

PikoBuy’s shipping terms say inspection photos can be viewed and that additional detailed photos may be purchased. Make requests precise—for example, ask to see a size label, a specific seam, a colour comparison or an included part—rather than asking for a general “quality check.”

Can a warehouse photo prove that an item is good?

Only partly. A photo can help confirm visible characteristics and obvious defects. It cannot prove material composition, internal construction, electrical safety, future wear, brand authenticity or how an item will perform after use. Use photos as evidence for a specific question, not as a guarantee.

When should I check whether an item can be returned?

Immediately after warehouse arrival. PikoBuy’s public returns page says an eligible product must meet the seller’s return conditions, remain in the required resale condition and have been in the warehouse for no more than five days. Certain goods may be excluded. A seller’s agreement and relevant return costs can also matter.

What information does the shipping estimate use?

PikoBuy’s shipping estimate asks for destination, product type, weight, length, width and height. That means a shipping quote can change with the final parcel, its repacking and the route available for the selected product and destination.

When will tracking appear after a parcel is shipped?

PikoBuy’s beginner guide says tracking information will be available within three days after shipment. This is an indication about tracking availability, not a promised delivery date. Carrier handling, customs, destination and peak periods can affect the rest of the journey.

Does PikoBuy guarantee customs clearance or protect every parcel from loss?

No. Its shipping terms say parcels are carried by third-party logistics providers and identify cross-border risks such as customs action, damage, loss and peak-season delays. Review route restrictions and keep delivery expectations realistic before paying for international shipping.

Where does the site search go?

Searches on this site send the typed keyword to FindSpreadsheet’s live search route. Product and category links also stay within the FindSpreadsheet destination, not to unrelated websites.
